Hello and thank you for inviting Trident Estates to your home. We look forward to building a strong relationship and providing the quality service that we ourselves would expect in our own homes. Choosing a cleaning service is an important decision. You may have many questions or concerns. Trident Estates wants to sweep your concerns away. We encourage frequent communications to prioritize the areas you consider most important.

GUARANTEE. Trident Estates will do what it takes to satisfy our customers. Our guarantee is 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a service we have provided, simply call the main office within 24 hours of your cleaning. We will dispatch a quality control specialist to rectify the situation.

HOME SECURITY. Your home’s security is one of our main concerns. The vast majority of our customers supply Trident Estates with an entry key to their home. All of the keys are coded and cross referenced. Keys do not have personal information attached to them. Each cleaning team has one specialist that will log the keys in and out each day.

In the unlikely event that damage occurs in your home while we are cleaning, we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. If it cannot be repaired, an insurance claim will be filed when appropriate.

All Trident Estate’s employees are trained in respectful handling and cleaning techniques. When it comes to employee background checks a simple “google” search isn’t enough to ensure your trust and the protection of your assets. Trident Estates hires out for a complete criminal background check on all employees.

Many homeowners are unaware of their liability when it comes to personal work-related injury and social security taxes for independent workers. This will never be an area that you will need to concern yourself with. All of Trident Estates’ employees are fully licensed, bonded and insured.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES. We are committed to maintaining a firm but flexible schedule. We understand that occasionally an uncontrollable event may take place making it impossible for your cleaning team to work on your home. Trident Estates requires a 48 hour notice of non-emergency appointment time or date changes. By contacting the main office (248) 679-1526 we will make the necessary changes. In the event that Trident Estates is locked out of your home on your regularly scheduled appointment time, your account will be charged a $35.00 Lock Out fee. It is our responsibility to you to give you the same courtesy in return. If for any reason Trident Estates is unable to fulfill our obligation to you, we will notify you within 48 hours of the change or we will credit your account $35.00.

CLEANING SUPPLIES. Trident Estates is always up to date on the most effective, cleaning products and tools on the market. We supply all of the equipment and supplies necessary to competently complete your home. As we walk through your home you can look over the provided list of supplies. If there are products that you would rather us not used, simply inform your cleaning specialist and we will gladly substitute the cleaner or tool of your choice.

Please NEVER be afraid to ask questions or make suggestions. It is your home, your belongings, your income. You are the valued customer and your satisfaction is our goal.
